You can stream PC games to your Android if you have a Nvidia Gamestream PC. You can also get Moonlight, which is an open-source version of the Gamestream protocol. You can also get a GeForce Now membership or download Kainy. Another option is to download the Splashtop app to stream games from your PC to your Android device.

My gaming PC (which runs on Windows) has very limited bandwith: I can connect to the internet, but cannot download a game. However I do have a macbook with access to a network with unlimited bandwith. Is there any way I can download Steam games (for Windows) on my mac and then transfer them to the Windows PC?
Let's look at Half-Life 2 and other Source games. They have lots of *.gcf files inside the Steam\steamapps folder. Those files contain all the multimedia assets (levels, audio, textures, 3D models...), and such data is identical to both Mac and Win versions. Thus, you can safely copy such files from your Mac Steam to your Windows Steam, saving you a few gigabytes of downloads. Then, the Windows Steam will still download Windows-only files, but they are quite small, maybe less then 100MB.
However, if you want to download a Windows-only game, then you might need to run the Windows version of Steam. You may achieve that using one of the many virtualization options (VMware, VirtualBox, Parallels), or even try your luck running Steam under Wine (but that might be too buggy).
I'm not sure, but you might be able to do a back up of the games on the Mac and then transfer them to the PC. Obviously the executables are different between the Mac and PC, so I'm hesitant to suggest this. The sure fire way would be to use boot camp or parallels on the Mac to download the Windows versions, then back everything up (in the menu, Steam->Backup and Restore Games...) and transfer them via external harddrive.
If you get the "No subscription" error, the game/server you are trying to download either requires a login or that you have purchased the game. You will therefore have to log in with a Steam username and password. If that doesn't help, you may need to purchase a copy of the game on Steam first. See Dedicated Servers List.
With the installer downloaded, it's simply a case of mounting the .dmg file, then copying the PlayOnMac application to your applications folder. Once that's done, boot the program, and it should present you with a new PlayOnMac window. There are a few different things we need to do now to install Windows games on macOS.
On the main PlayOnMac window, select configure, then click New on the bottom right of your screen. Click Next in the PlayOnMac Wizard and then select 64 bits windows installation before clicking Next again. Select your preferred version of Wine, then hit Next again. Name your drive something appropriate and click Next one more time. Now PlayOnMac should boot Wine and use it to create a new virtual drive for you to install games and applications onto.
There are one or two final important things you'll need to do to get games installed. First, if you encounter a steamwebhelper.exe error that keeps popping up, go back to Install components and install HackSteam. You can safely ignore any other errors like VulcanDriver by clicking cancel or closing the window when it comes up. This shouldn't stop you from using the service.
Additionally, you might want to begin your gaming journey with some free games for Mac. In Steam, navigate to the Store tab, then Games, and then Free-to-Play. You can download any of these following the same instructions as purchasing games.
When it comes to gaming, Macs get a lot of negative feedback from other operating systems' fans, despite them being powerful computers. Whether you have an older MacBook or the latest MacBook Pro, it's important to keep it protected with a case. Now you might be wondering how to download and install Steam games on a Mac. It's easy -- just follow the steps below!
1. In the PlayOnMac window, select the Steam app.2. Then click on the gear icon, and in the argument field, enter: wine steam.exe -no-browser +open steam://open/minigameslist
3. After you click "Install Steam," you'll be taken to a new page, where you can download Steam. Click "Install Steam" and a file named "SteamSetup.exe" or "steam.dmg" (depending on whether you're using a PC or Mac, respectively) will begin downloading.
Steam users have been able to stream games from within the Steam Mac app for sometime. However, with the availability of Steam Link on macOS, users now have the option of choosing a lightweight download (29.8MB) to stream games to their Mac, rather than having to install the Steam app proper, which requires 1GB of drive space.
If you subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you also get access to Xbox Cloud Gaming functionality, which can be used from a browser on your Mac. Select a title and click the Play button to immediately start playing the game; no downloading required. The most popular method for playing Steam games on Mac computers is by using Boot Camp. Among Us fans commonly use this method to play the game on Mac, and the same concept works for playing Phasmophobia. In order to do this, players will need to launch Boot Camp and then install Windows. Then, they can purchase and download Phasmophobia from Steam. This will allow people to play Phasmophobia natively, but performance issues can still occur.
