Due to a printing issue, the code cards only had the randomised 12 digit serial code and omitted the 4 character prefix. For the first Sword and Shield code the prefix J256 should be used before inputting the remaining 12 character code. The Second Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl code has the prefix J257.
